JavaScript Phrasebook

I've reviewed a few other titles in this "Phrasebook" series (just type "Phrasebook" into the search box at the top of the page). I like the concept: small, pocketbook size, relatively short.
Of course "short" usually means leaving things out. In this case, I'm impressed by how much is packed in here: this covers a lot of ground in a few hundred pages. Of course nothing is in great depth: this isn't a replacement for O'Reilly's "Javascript - the Definitive Guide". It is a nice little companion piece for it - there is some overlap, but the idea here is to present short examples to solve specific problems rather than teaching everything there is to know.
